Ace Mould Company Ltd is a precision injection mould manufacturer based in Dongguan, China. Since 2003 we have built multi-cavity moulds for automotive, medical, cosmetics and packaging customers across the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany and the wider European market. Machining & Inspection Equipment
Our tool room runs high-speed YASDA and RÖDERS machining centres, FANUC and MAZAK CNC mills, and SODICK wire-cut and sinker EDM. Every mould is verified on a Hexagon CMM before trial and ships with a full dimensional report.
In-House Mould Trials up to 3,300 Tonnes
Our moulding floor operates 14 injection presses from 60 to 250 tonnes, all with robots and conveyors. For larger tooling we guarantee trial capacity from 90 to 3,300 tonnes, so every mould leaves with first-article samples and a complete trial report.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your typical injection mould lead time?
Standard multi-cavity moulds ship in 4–6 weeks from DFM approval, including an in-house trial and a first-article inspection report.
Who owns the tooling?
You do. The mould is your asset from final payment; we store and maintain it for ongoing production, and it can be shipped to you or a moulder of your choice at any time.
How does importing a mould into the EU or UK work?
We ship DAP or DDP to European destinations, or FOB / EXW from South China ports. You import under your own EORI number and we supply the full commercial documentation pack.
Do you sign NDAs before quoting?
Yes. We sign an NDA before any drawings or 3D data are exchanged — which is also why customer moulds are not pictured on this website.
What mould classes do you build?
SPI Class 101 through 104. Class 101 moulds carry a 1,000,000-cycle life guarantee with cavity steel hardened to 48–52 HRC.
What files do you need for a quotation?
3D data in STEP or IGES, 2D drawings with critical dimensions and tolerances, the plastic material, and your estimated annual volume. Our online quote tool accepts STEP files directly.
