What We Do
Our tooling division is fully integrated: CAD/CAM design, high-speed machining, EDM, fitting and in-house trials all happen under one roof. Depending on the sector, our strong point is multi-cavity moulds — caps and closures, thin-wall packaging, cosmetic components and technical parts where cavity-to-cavity consistency decides whether a tool earns its keep.
Because we sign NDA agreements with every client, customer moulds and products are not shown on this website. We are happy to walk you through relevant reference projects in a direct conversation.
How We Work
Speed and precision come from the combination of high-speed YASDA, RÖDERS, FANUC and MAZAK CNC machines, SODICK wire and sink EDM, current CAD/CAM technology and experienced toolmakers. Every mould is trialled in-house before shipment; for tools beyond our own press range we guarantee trial capacity up to 3,300 tonnes.
Our clients communicate with us fluently in Chinese, English, Italian and Spanish — from the first DFM discussion to after-sales support.
